A Balanced Budget

What a needed Balanced Budget Amendment should say and do:
1.  It must provide a break-in time frame.  Sufficient time before the first year requiring balance.  After ratification I'd say four years would be about right.
2.  It must provide a Line-Item-Veto for the President's use!
3. Congress shall be held in Session until a yearly balanced budget is presented to the President.
4.  On the fifth year following implementation of balanced budgets and continuing annually thereafter, fourteen percent or a defined number, of total revenues will be taken to expressly pay-down The 'Principal' Debt of the United States.

GOD LET YOUR FACE SHINE UPON US

Another President coming from being Texas Governor so soon after our last debacle would be a Very Bad Omen for these United States of OURS!
Rick Perry running for President has Terrible Vibes All Around It.  Do we remember what happened ten years ago!  Then, our Nation got Stuck in Two Wars Simultaneously, which if properly managed should of been over within two years.  However, the party that LOVES WARS and Making Bullets, Tanks, Helicopters (that crash often - how convenient), Halliburton and All the Other American Companies making money while low-income Americans come home in metal boxes without the Press being allowed to be present!

Do we want to begin that all over again?  I think NOT! !    WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER TEXAS REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR AS PRESIDENT OF THESE UNITED STATES.
