I have no idea as to what kind of Back Room Deals took place to let this Murdering Police Officer Off.
I do not easily blame Police in these shooting incidents, however this goes way above and beyond proper Constitutional action by the Police. The Police in this incident should of used his Car Speaker to tell the young man to 'Drop' the gun. He no doubt would have. (We all have the Right to Bear Arms, No Less a Toy.....Had there been gunshots going-off near this park that day??? Probably Not! What Teenager/Boy has not wanted to have a BB Gun? All of us have!) It was obvious that the Policemen 'Wanted' a Confrontation by Pulling right up on the grass, when they could of stopped in the Street. This Policeman that Killed Tamir needs to be in Prison for at least a dozen years, or if further investigation warrants...The Death Penalty!
The 911 Operator also is an Accessory to Murder if She said "An Active Shooter" if He knew it was possible only a Kid with a BB-gun!
The Feds need to intervene in this Case ! The Family's Comments seem Very Passive.

The Problem we have is Municipalities are afraid of Lawsuits by Families.....We as a Country do not need to be 'Paying Off' Families. Doing that only prompts more of it. Which will cause our Cities to go Bankrupt; then having NO Policing within the Cities will be the results.
What is happening within Police Departments is that they are hiring Veterans from these Wars Recently and these Police are transferring Military Tactics to Policing Procedures.
War dictates any threat requires a killing of the 'Combatant'. American Kids or Adults ARE NOT ENEMY COMBATANTS. THEY ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS WITH RIGHTS TO LIFE AND LIBERTY!
