What's the cause of the Mass Number of Murders in U.S. Cities such as Chicago?
I think that the cause is probably, VOTE FRAUD year after year. Citizens in their Right Mind would NEVER Reelect such INCOMPETENCE!; AND OR, the 'Marketing' of Candidates like Soap, where the most Money put in the front-end wins the Day using psychological tricks.
