He should get the normal Criminal Punishment anyone would get for the Crime he Faked on Himself and Public ! Whatever that is, such as 'Aggravated Assault', as well as the Punishment for a Civil Rights 'Hate Crime' !
Then also he must pay the Government Back for the Resources expended in the whole Investigation !
