I watched the video of the Memphis police; however I didn't see punches, kicks. Again we are told what to think by the Cable News. What I saw was lots of pepper-spray and the taser held right on the belligerent guy's body. He might of died from some substance he took, or just to much pepper-spray.? Yes, all Police should be trained in quickly taking down anyone and handcuffing. All the yelling and squirming isn't needed whatsoever. One Cop just pulls up the pinkie finger and straightens up the arm behind the back and anyone will go down. Then the handcuffs go right on, and they are loaded into the car or police-wagon by a tight hold. Also Ankle-Cuffs can be put on while the Perp. is on the belly.
