 So Dumb, to have Murder Victim's friends and family give a speech in Court to the Murderer, when he doesn't even care. That cannot Rehabilitate the Murderer !   The Right Course is to pronounce the "Death" Sentence over the Perpetrator.    That is justice when the Killer leaves this world as soon as possible.    So quit the Stupidity America !    Three Squares and A Cot for Life on the taxpayers dime is NOT JUSTICE !  That can only possibly bring harm to Correctional Officers and the Other Inmates !
