Donald Trump is Right-On about the Political System being 'Rigged', 'Corrupt', too Complicated!   Most every American would agree with that, except when they are overall opposed to Mr. Trump as Possible President!
      Democracy (Republicanism is a type of Democracy), ought always be Beautiful in its Simplicity.   So fair, just, and transparent, a child in an American Elementary School would be able to explain its details!
   This talk about designating an individual as nominee of one of the Major two Parties, who has not even been in the race up to the Convention is nothing short of Third World Politics!
   Sure the rules have not changed in some of these States since the 1800's that still hang on to the Caucus or Convention system for choosing President.   But would you be happy eating a Bundt Cake that has been sitting around since the 1800's ?
     If the system is not completely above board for all the Citizens participating in choosing Our President, than it Stinks like being Rotten!
  In too many of these County Caucasus/Conventions, whomever has Commandeered the Proceedings before the Citizens ever begin arriving will usually quickly pass through their Slate of Delegates before any other business occurs in a hushed under the breath tone with a voice (Ayes - Any Opposed) vote!
    The Unbound or Super Delegates is Corruption at the highest level and a return to Eighteenth Century Monarchy!!  
In America at the bare minimum, It Much Always be One Person One Vote!
    As Well,   any American needs to have their Head Examined if they are for maintaining the current Campaign System where Private Money gives a Complete Advantage to the wealthy over every other social class !  This only perpetuates the weakening of Our Country by the 'Buying' of
the Government !!!!
   In today's age of instant Communications via the Internet, etc.,  the Possibilities are endless for a Updated  Purer Democracy!   Or maybe you're one that prefers to continue driving a Ford Model A down the Interstate instead of a

John Kasich  has no mathematical chance to possibly win the nomination in Cleveland; So we can positively conclude that he is undermining the Republican Party and Assisting the Democratic Candidate that goes to November!   The Republican Voters have chosen other Candidates Over Him!  He needs to Drop-Out NOW!!
    What is this STUPID TALK about a Contested Convention!?   As soon as Kasich would do the right thing for the Party, there would only be two Candidates left and One of them Mathematically would be Approved by the Delegates at the Convention Very Quickly!!
   So Kasich is tarnishing his own Reputation as an Honest Politician, plus at this point actually Helping the Democratic Nominee !!! 

Independent Council appointed by CONGRESS to make INVESTIGATION of H. Clinton

An Independent  (Special) Council needs to be appointed by CONGRESS, to take what the FBI has found on Hillary Clinton's Possible Crimes and Determine whether or not to Immediately Prosecute, before we get any deeper into this Election Cycle!!!
  A Constitutional Crisis is dead ahead if Hillary Clinton is Nominated as the Democrat Party Candidate for President and at the same time found by the FBI to be guilty of high crimes against the U.S.

No Indictment For Cleveland Officers In The Death Of 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice

TOTAL MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE IN CLEVELAND !    Of all the young Blacks killed by Police this last year; this is the most   blatant case of
Ignorant Illegal Police Action !!   
I have no idea as to what kind of Back Room Deals took place to let this Murdering Police Officer Off.  
I do not easily blame Police in these shooting incidents, however this goes way above and beyond  proper Constitutional  action by the Police.       The Police in this incident should of used his Car Speaker to tell the young man to 'Drop' the gun. He no doubt would have.   (We all have the Right to Bear Arms, No Less a Toy.....Had there been gunshots going-off near this park that day???  Probably Not!   What Teenager/Boy has not wanted to have a BB Gun?  All of us have!)   It was obvious that the Policemen 'Wanted' a Confrontation by Pulling right up on the grass, when they could of stopped in the Street.    This Policeman that Killed Tamir needs to be in Prison for at least a dozen years, or if further investigation warrants...The Death Penalty!
   The 911 Operator also is an Accessory to Murder if She said "An Active Shooter" if He knew it was possible only a Kid with a BB-gun!     
   The Feds need to intervene in this Case !     The Family's Comments seem Very Passive.

  What is happening within Police Departments is that they are hiring Veterans from these Wars Recently and these Police are transferring Military Tactics to Policing Procedures.   
 War dictates any threat requires a killing of the 'Combatant'.    American Kids or Adults ARE NOT ENEMY COMBATANTS.  THEY ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS WITH RIGHTS TO LIFE AND LIBERTY!

Two Items in the News Lately:

    I believe the Confederate Battle Flag ought to be remembered in Museums only, not as an Honoured Symbol to be placed in the Public Square!  If it is in Statue Form in a Cemetery or on private land that could remain.
    Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida still have Confederate-Looking State Flags !  
          Racism Is Evil.
     My Great Grand Uncle was a Missouri Bushwhacker.  He was rightly Executed for his Racist Inspired Crimes.  There is nothing there to emulate.  Why would any sane person ever want to continue in the same vein.  If you are clinging to Racism as an Identity, your Stupidity is shining like the moon through the trees, for all to see!
 
         LGBT Is Evil.    It is Unnatural and will bring God's Wrath further on the USA.
                         I'm a sinner too; I wish my addictions could be overcome so I could live a normal healthy life.     Some Gays feel the same way.  They know their addiction is wrong and would like it to stop.  But to go out in the streets and parade in a motorcycle jacket and leather jock g-string is gross, repugnant, and evil.
  Normal People do not want to see two adults of the same sex kiss each other on the lips, right in public in front of their children.  
      IT IS OFFENSIVE !
    It is also evil that children, of which homosexuals can't produce naturally, except for lesbians to be artificially inseminated, be given in legal adoption to homosexual couples.    Children need both a male father and female mother in the home for role models!  Only Natural Parents love their Own Children in a deeper way !
  As with the 'Affordable Care Act', which many Americans do not like, or Roe v Wade, this decision by the Supreme Court for Perverted Marriage CAN BE OVERRIDDEN BY THE CONGRESS AT ANY TIME ( no amendment needed), if they would have the votes and enough to pass over a President's Veto.
     Under the Constitution, Congress is designed to be the more powerful of the
three branches.     
                           Article I  Section 8  "The Congress shall have power to..make all laws..., and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof."
                           Article III  Section 2  "In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make."
                            Congress only needs to inject in any written Law the exception and regulation that that law is NOT to be Rejected, Over Ruled by the Supreme Court!     
      The Court Must Abide By That !
